Random ego boost.
I had a supervisor approach me randomly saying I am “too sweet and smart” to do the job I am doing. He said I should be moving up the ladder because I come off as a “go getter.” He told me I should start applying for different positions and even if I don’t get them right now, I will be recognized.
That is all well and good if any of these jobs involve more money and no responsibilities/ more...
